The Authorization: Bearer <PAT> header is missing or malformed, the token was revoked or expired, or the CLI’s saved login lapsed (90 days).

What to do

• d2b login again (CLI), or re-issue the PAT from the console
• Check D2B_API_KEY is non-empty and starts with d2b_pat_
• /api/control takes Account API keys; /api/v1 takes PATs — make sure you’re not crossing them
